The first real vacation I took in many years. My sister Debbie, her husband Jeff and I spent 7 days camping in the Adirondack Region of New York State and these are a few of my photos.
It was July and the weather varied from nice at night and great during the day to damn cold at night and drenching wet during the day. But to bastardize a saying...a bad day camping is better than a good day at work.
Hiking, kayaking, swimming, and generally not doing a thing. Does it get any better than that. And to top it off she did most of the cooking!
Can't wait to go back next year.
